We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, products that show signs of use cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact our support team through the contact page on our website. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
